a) For Customers that purchase our Subscription plans, fees are specified during the check-out process and in the Order Form(s) and must be paid in advance.
b) Payment obligations are non-cancelable and, except as expressly stated in these Terms, fees paid are non-refundable.
c) For clarity, in the event Customer downgrades any subscriptions from a paid plan to a free plan, Customer will remain responsible for any unpaid fees under the paid plan, and Services under the paid plan will be deemed fully performed and delivered upon expiration of the initial paid plan subscription term.
d) Fees are stated exclusive of any taxes, levies, duties, or similar governmental assessments of any nature, including, for example, value-added, sales, use, or withholding taxes, assessable by any jurisdiction (collectively, "Taxes").
e) The Customer will be responsible for paying all Taxes associated with its purchases, except for those taxes based on our net income.
f) Should any payment for the Services be subject to withholding tax by any government, the Customer will reimburse us for such withholding tax.
Unless an order form says something different,
a) all subscriptions automatically renew for additional periods equal to one (1) year or the preceding term, whichever is shorter; and
b) the per-unit pricing during any automatic renewal term will remain the same as it was during the immediately prior term.
c) Either party can give the other notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days before the end of a subscription term to stop the subscriptions from automatically renewing.
The materials on CC's web site are provided 'as is'. CC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, CC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
In no event shall CC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CC Internet site, even if CC or a CC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

CC does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. CC may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. CC does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
CC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by CC of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.
CC may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
CC retains the right to immediately suspend accounts without fee reimbursement that violate these terms. You represent, warrant, and covenant that all Content submitted shall not:
a) infringe or misappropriate any copyright or intellectual property right of a third party. But, if an instructor or student uses HEVC compression, it is the instructor or student's responsibility to pay the royalties to the MPEG-LA, the owner of HEVC patents as appropriate.
b) contain content that is threatening, offensive, defamatory, unlawful, libelous, pornographic, racist, obscene, viruses, or otherwise objectionable.
c) involve or participate in any fraudulent activities using the site or these Terms.
Any claim relating to CC's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
